We are seeking an experienced inside salesperson with a college degree and comfortability with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience in industrial sales or sales of machine components is helpful. Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce CRM would be a plus.

Working Hours:8:30-17:00
FLSA:Non-Exempt
Hourly Wage: $24-26/H
Position Summary: Inside Sales will be responsible for effectively and tactically managing important business activity on a daily basis. This individual will also develop his or her phone-based revenue generation through the establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. Individuals in this position will gain a strong understanding of our customers, products, processes and systems.
Essential Functions:
Performs account management functions to achieve sales quotas and account objectives, and
develops and executes account retention strategies of the company while performing marketing
and new business development activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manages and grows existing accounts/clients
Account management
Invoicing and filing
Builds and maintains sustainable relationships with key personnel in each of the assigned clients
through periodical contacts by phone or email.
Negotiates prices and terms of contracts with clients, as appropriate.
Follows up on all open inquiries and quotations and updates CRM if necessary
Conducts post-sales follow-up, ensuring that clients are fully satisfied with all aspects of products and
services provided by us
Sales Report/Internal Administration
Prepare periodical reports on client needs, problems, interests, and competitor activities
Sales Inquiries/Quotations Administration
Inventory Control
Live Chat Rep duties
Participates in marketing activities (e.g. periodic trade shows or other opportunities to represent***)
Traveling a couple of times a year for onsite training, trade shows or annual inventory may be required

Certificates & Licenses: Valid driver's license
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of sales experience or equivalent combination
of education and experience. SAP, Salesforce CRM and Industrial sales
experience a plus.
Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
